Skill Stacking

Foundations & Ready Position
Grip, stance, split step, paddle control, basic dinking

Serve & Return Mastery
Consistent deep serve, deep return, neutralizing the third shot
Target serves, deep return cones, return-then-recover

Dinking & The Kitchen Line
Cross-court dinks, height control, soft hands, kitchen footwork
100 cross-court dinks, dink-and-move, dink under pressure
Reset any ball into the kitchen with control.
Third Shot Drop & Drive
Choosing drop vs drive, arc and trajectory, transition zone movement
Drop progression, drop-to-dink rallies, drive-and-crash
Get to the kitchen line every point.
Volleys, Resets & Hands Battles
Punch volleys, soft resets, blocking pace, defending bangers
Volley wall, reset ladder, hands battle drills
Stay calm in fast exchanges. Reset instead of pop up.
Strategy & Doubles Positioning
Stacking, switching, poaching, communication, shot selection
Pattern play, situational point starts, partner comms
Play as a unit. Make smart, predictable team decisions.
Match Play & Pressure Performance
Tournament tactics, mental game, closing out games, full integration
Live game scenarios, scoring under pressure, match play with debrief
